SD1 Partners With Boone County to Fund Growth Project - Richwood Road Pump Station Improvements Funded
The Hebron area north of I-275 was shut down for four years to capacity reservations.  After a multi-year approach the area was funded for needed improvements to allow growth to happen.  During the 2016 and 2017 SD1 budget hearings, the Richwood Road area would have been shut down to development if not for the efforts of this Council.
