Council Work Project Updates:

SD1 Proposes New Developer Agreement
SD1 has proposed a new Developer agreement.  This agreement has been modeled off of the agreement that members of the Land Development Council worked out with the NKY Water District. You can review the proposed agreement HERE.  Should you have any concerns or thoughts regarding this agreement please feel free to contact us.

Boone County Planning Commission & Building Department
Work is currently underway to bring a close to regulations governing downspouts and sump pump outfalls.  This work began in February of 2015.

SD1 Partners With Boone County to Fund Growth Project - Richwood Road Pump Station Improvements Funded
The Hebron area north of I-275 was shut down for four years to capacity reservations.  After a multi-year approach the area was funded for needed improvements to allow growth to happen.  During the 2016 and 2017 SD1 budget hearings, the Richwood Road area would have been shut down to development if not for the efforts of this Council.

NKY Water District New Developer Agreement
Members of the Land Development Council have met with the staff of the Northern Kentucky Water District over a period of several months to modify the District’s Developer’s Agreement.
